Question & Answer
Q: Are there any natural ways to treat my asthma? I don't want to take any medicines.
A: The most natural way to help your asthma is to stay away from the triggers that make your asthma worse. This helps a lot, but daily medicines are often still needed. Medicines prescribed by your doctor have been tested and proven effective. Unconventional treatments are not usually tested and there's often no proof that they work. They can also be a waste of money - sold by people trying to profit from fake "cures" for illnesses. If you do try other types of treatments, make sure to tell your doctor, in case there are any interactions with your prescribed medicines.
